By accessing or using WatchCruise ("we," "us," or "our") at watchcruise.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials on WatchCruise for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to modify or copy the materials, use them for commercial purposes, reverse engineer any software, remove proprietary notations, or transfer materials to another person or server.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are in euros (€) and are tax-free — the displayed price is the final price.

4. Shipping and Geographic Restrictions

WatchCruise ships exclusively within Finland. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement. Estimated delivery times are provided and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please review our Returns Policy for complete details.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

Every timepiece sold by WatchCruise is backed by our authenticity guarantee. We inspect all products for quality before dispatch. If you have any concerns about the authenticity or condition of your watch, contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site to engage in any unlawful purpose, solicit unlawful acts, violate any regulations, infringe our intellectual property rights, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect user information without consent, or interfere with the security of the site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on WatchCruise, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of WatchCruise or its content suppliers and is protected by Finnish, EU, and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. As a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
